Extra Talent (Buyout): To Appear in a non-speaking, non-singing, or silent capacity. Their primary purpose is to populate a scene, providing atmosphere, depth, and realism to the setting. NON UNION ONLY RATE Covers day rate and usage: $1000+20% agency fee ( if applicable) 12-hr shoot Day Usage Fee Covers: ● Term: Perpetuity ● Territory: Global ● Media: Industrial, Internet, Digital (Including Streaming) & Social Media Please advise performers of specific intended use rights & deliverables at the time of hiring. These deliverables include: To film and record content with unlimited edits/lifts/versions and to take & use unlimited still photography. NOTE: Talent shall grant permission of inputting any shoot footage, stills or materials of their likeness into any generative artificial intelligence software. Rate: ( covers session and buyout) $1,000 +20% Agency Fee (if applicable) per 12-hour day.
